Basic Bookkeeping Services
  1. We create a new QuickBooks Data File (this can be a shared file), and Chart of Accounts
  2. We can convert your existing Data File to current QuickBooks version
  3. Set up Accounting Procedures
  4. Record all Income and Expense Transactions into Accounting Systems on a monthly or as needed basis
  5. Enter vendor bills, monitoring cash flow and managing accounts payable and produce Payables Reports
  6. Accounts Receivable, invoicing your customers, posting collections and monitoring aging accounts receivables
  7. Enter Customer Sales Information, Produce Invoices, Posting Payments, and provide Accounts Receivable Reports
  8. Enter Asset and Liability Transactions

  11. Monthly reconciliation of all Bank and Credit Card accounts to statements, verifying transactions entered, monitoring account activity, identifying any errors and make correcting entries, and produce reconciliation reports
  12. Produce and Review Monthly Financial Reports including; Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Income statements, Reconciliation Reports, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Balance Detail, Vendor Balance Detail and Payroll Provider Reconciliation Reports.
